Heart of Compassion Evangelistic Ministries is a faith-based nonprofit organization committed to true Biblical principles, teachings and provisions that advance the Kingdom of God. We spread the message of God's love and compassion to all those in need. We believe that every individual is unique and valuable, and we strive to create a welcoming and inclusive community where everyone can feel at home. soul, leading them into Kingdom living.
Our
Mission
Without a heart of compassion, it is impossible to positively impart the world. We believe that when Jesus was moved with compassion, He revealed Himself and demonstrated what His Kingdom represents. We believe that the below four-pillar approach as our mission statement holistically exert Kingdom influence for a changed world.
A. Evangelism and Church Planting – To conduct worldwide evangelism and institute churches where necessary for lives changed world.
B. Christian Educational Institutions – To equip people with the knowledge, values, and skills to make Gospel impacts on the world—these equipped people are sent out to do the same.
C. Relief Work and Missions – To organize relief programs and field mission activities to build meaningful relationships, gain new
perspectives, and develop a greater sense of purpose and fulfillment.
D. Children’s Ministries – To organize and establish children's ministries to teach children to accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior and teach children values centered around discipline for righteousness.
Statement of Faith
The Heart of Compassion Evangelistic Ministries’ (HOCEM) Statement of Faith and Values is a broad evangelical declaration that closely parallels the content of the Gospel presentation in all activities and the concepts considered vital for the furthering of the vision. HOCEM seeks in no way to circumvent denominational distinctive. Rather, it is a ministry for evangelicals of varying denominational persuasions and nationalities to be in unity by agreeing to the simple truths and proclamation of the Gospel.

1. The Bible is the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God – 2 Tim. 3:16
2. There is one God, eternally existent in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit – Matt. 28:19
3. Our Lord Jesus Christ is God and Man in One Person. He was incarnated in a virgin, lived a sinless life, performed miracles, and vicariously atoned for sin through His shed blood and death. He was bodily resurrected from the dead, He ascended to the right hand of God the Father, and He will
personally return in power and glory – Acts 1:11; Phil. 2:5-11
4. Regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential for the salvation of lost and sinful man – Acts 1:8; John 3:5-8; Eph. 6:12
5. Eternal life is received by faith—that is, believing/trusting in Jesus Christ alone for salvation – John 3:16; Acts 4:12; John 14:6; Eph. 1:7
6. The Holy Spirit indwells all true believers and enables them to live a Godly life – John 16:7-14; Ephesians 1:13-14; Galatians 5:22-23; 1 Thessalonians 5:16-22
7. Both the saved and the lost will be resurrected from the dead—they that are saved unto the resurrection of life and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation – John 5:28-29
8. There is a spiritual unity of all true believers in our Lord Jesus Christ – Eph. 4:2-6
9. The local church is the primary God-established base of operation for evangelistic activity in the world – Acts 1:14-26
10. Every true believer is commissioned of Christ to “preach the Gospel to every creature” and to “make disciples of all nations” – Matthew 28:19-20

improves well-being, and addresses inequality and cruelty.
• We believe preaching the Kingdom of God as the central message of Jesus
represents the core of His teachings about God’s reign.
